Introduction:

Cachet is a social tool that connects to your social media platforms and provides a way to analyse the sentiment of your posts and provide you with a score. In addition to your social score, you will have the ability to filter through posts with different sentiment scores and be able to address those posts if need be. We use the latest in Machine Learning and AI to automate the sentiment analysis of your social media posts.

Acceptance of Terms

User Eligibility

- Users from across the globe are eligible to sign up for our platform and use our software product, however children under the age of 12 years old are prohibited from registering an account.

- You can sign up for an account using one of our registration pages and link your social media accounts in order to make use of our social analysis tool.

- Please ensure you use a secure password and regularly change your password to your account in order to maintain consistent security when using our platform. We will not be held responsible for negligent password usage, and breaches of your account caused by weak passwords.

- If we find you to be performing any criminal activities or activities similar in nature, we reserve the right to ban your account and remove you from our platform. In addition if we find you are abusing our system and intending to act maliciously, we will ban you and remove your account from our system as well as follow up in a legal matter where necessary.

- We aim to provide the best experience and consistent access to our services, however we do not take responsibility for any outages that may occur due to technical issues or third party services not being available.
